A System that would give Marie Kondo an aneurysm
I have a tendency to forget where I keep things or more specifically when I am looking for something when under pressure.
So a system I have devised to make my life easier is basically keep all important things withing eyesight or eye level.
Here is how it works. I have a white standing desk.
On that I have space for my laptop, monitor and mousepad, etc. The remaining space is filled with basically things I use on a daily basis, which I have a tendency to lose when I am looking for them under pressure, I have a few notebooks within eyelevel, a penstand with pens (duh doh), but also my allergy medication which I can find/grab in the dark of night.
I also have a LED Paper Lantern for Emergencies and ~VIBES~.
My Steam deck lies on top of my closed laptop, otherwise it lies on the bed.
My cupboard is also arranged so that my easy clothes are on a higher level beacuse who wants to bend down when you're being lazy easy breazy.
Office/Outside clothes are one level below.
Keys are all in a box where I throw them every day near the house exit.
Important things/daily drivers should be at eye level so that you don't forget them. Enough said.
