Gamedev and other things
This was an interesting week.
I am learning gamedev until GTA 6 launches and it has been a really fun experience working on what I am passionate about and writing about what I made.
It's letting me experience building things in public which is invaluable.
If you are taking the time to read that series for fun, thank you for witnessing the process.
Head Empty
I have been dealing with my anxiety by trying to reframe my mind. If you are dealing with something similar I hope what I write here can help a little bit.

The first is that I am trying more actively to counter the negative thought loop which springs up from time to time when I recieve neutral or ambiguous inputs. So now when I catch myelf thinking something like what if this person doesn't like me or what if this situation blows up in my face? I try to counter them by actively thinking that what if something good happens? what if these people don't actually hate you! Everyone wants you to succeed. That positive thought loop helps me calm down.

Another thing which I read recently was "You are a finite number of rejections away from getting what you want." It is a form of rejection therapy which I would like to share with you. In case you are afraid of getting rejected because it does really cause psychic type damage, you can and must try to take it in an excited way, because it means that you are one fewer "no" away from getting what you need. There was a prompt this week in the indie web meet about writing about a powerful experience I have had lately, and I think these two pattern breaking thought loops are something I would like to share. I hope it helps.
I am also working on self actualization, but I don't have much to share on that front yet. I'll keep you updated.
